What a great stay!
perfect location helpful staff awesome breakfast nice treat
I really enjoyed how close the hotel was to everything! The staff were fantastic. They helped me immediately when I needed a wheelchair during my trip. Breakfast was awesome too! I especially loved the fried bread. It was a real treat.
I only wish the rooms were available a bit earlier than 4 PM upon arrival.

The swimming pool was cleaned every day. I also saw the pool area was spotlessly clean. A lifeguard was always present at the pool, ensuring everyone's safety, which I thought was really important.

Rooms were cleaned daily if you wanted. The staff were very polite and nice. I slept great since the beds were very comfy. I needed a hard mattress for my back, so it was a bug hit.

Breakfast offered plenty of choices for all tastes. There were many options for different nationalities. I was thrilled with the breakfast times as they are from 8 AM to 11 AM, a great window to have your first meal.

dated hotel with location benefits
long queue unpleasant smell
The check-in process was not efficient. i stood in a queue for over an hour because only one staff member was available. the hotel is terribly dated.. it needs a serious update. the room was not thoroughly cleaned. I noticed dust and dirt. i requested cleaning supplies and clean towels on my third night, but the bar area had an unpleasant smell.

i appreciated the hotel's location, just a short walk to the bars, so it was easy to get around. the pool area was quite nice and seemed to be maintained well. the room was always clean, and the staff members were friendly and helpful. i also found the value for the money to be really good.
The lifts seemed slow. I had to wait a long time sometimes.

the location i found so perfect, right in the heart. the cleanliness i noted, was really excellent. the staff i discovered, was always so attentive and kind. i felt the value for money i received was amazing.
the lift i experienced felt a little small, it's a minor thing.

The pool area was clean and had plenty of sun beds available. I noticed a lifeguard was on duty every day. That was reassuring. Breakfast had a good variety, with options for different tastes. It was very clean and tidy in the restaurant.
The elevators were small and quite slow I thought. The hospitality tray was very basic I observed.

I found the staff friendly and helpful. They accommodated my request for a higher floor. My room had a safe and a kettle. I found it convenient to make tea. Daily cleaning services were thorough, with fresh towels provided each day.
The corridors could use some updating. They looked a little worn.
